Vault platform

  • Created and prioritized unified roadmap for all tech functions inc. non-customer-facing work, from disordered backlogs

  • Developed and refined Vault's product development lifecycle and agile practicein collaboration with the VP of R&D

  • Established and hired for product and product design functions, implemented lean documentation, deliverables, ceremonies, and collaboration practices

  • Led prioritisation, strategic product and design backlog development, and all necessary cross-functional and customer alignment

  • Spearheaded the pricing steering committee, delivered a monetization model, new pricing tiers and packaging, pricing tests, and a pricing landing page

  • Spearheaded a new pricing design theme, partnering with Senior Director of Pricing, product, data, and research functions

  • Outlined goals, vision, and plan for what pricing design is at Skyscanner

  • Documented and evangelised the importance of and need for pricing design principles, infrastructure and rigour across the business — including, and not least of all, in design

  • Drove and consulted on number of briefs under this umbrella - discount labelling, coupons, framework for new offers/promotions, exploratory cross-selling components

  • Lobbied for the creation of a merchandising design team, helped set out the goals and principles for the team

Travel Insurance with Skyscanner

  • Led and organised design brief and design delivery management up to launch

  • Delivered high-level user flows, UX strategy, wireframes

  • Helped de-risk tradeoffs in determining MVP functionality, go-to-market, launch metrics, and set benchmark for further phases of delivery

  • Instigated and worked to gather the user research, product research and data necessary to build out the PMF, understand market appetite and go to market strategy - synthesised together with commercial, product, and product marketing functions
