I’m extremely passionate about building healthy product teams and fostering processes that really work. I know how to bring together the right mix of skills and capabilities in cross functional teams. I strive to always lead by example; fostering collaboration at every stage of the product lifecycle to ensure the team hits its shared goals.
Working in startups since my university days, I’ve had to think nimbly to build brand, service, product and design solutions. When a business is small, no one cares what your job role is, the work just needs doing — so I have learned to be highly adaptive and embrace change. Working across a variety of sectors has been exciting for my curious mind, and I’ve done a bit everything: service design, product management, visual design, pricing strategy, hiring strategy, mentoring, partnerships, workshops, people management, wireframing, drafting contracts, business cases, operational process design, and change management.
I am eager for a challenge, and I lead teams to positive outcomes combining my skills in product strategy, service design, user experience and product design.
I gathered three to four of us for hours days and eventually a few weeks, locking ourselves in—war-room style—for concepting sessions. A head of card operations, a sharp quality assurance business analyst, a tech lead and myself — our team was the perfect minimum combination of skills and knowledge. The output: 15-20 nearly finished service and operational decision flows, matched with a long list of our assumptions, aimed at better user experience and operational compliance.
